About Epoxy Rescue: The Story of a Resourceful Artisan

Hello, and welcome.

My name is Hamed Shahsavandi. For over a decade, my greatest passion has been exploring the deep science behind epoxy resin. This journey led me to found “EpoxyKar.com“ which has grown to become the leading educational platform for Persian-speaking resin artists in Iran.

Through our workshops, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and troubleshooting problems for thousands of dedicated students. This experience culminated in my best-selling book, “The Moneymaking Wood Pieces.” I am incredibly proud that this book has sold over 14,000 copies in Iran and is now used as the primary reference for decorative resin art in educational institutions across the country. To share this knowledge more widely, a fully translated English version is also available on Amazon Kindle.

But throughout these years of teaching, I noticed a recurring, frustrating pattern. I saw talented artists, full of brilliant ideas, being held back. Not by a lack of skill, but by the belief that they needed the most expensive tools to create world-class art. They were constantly told to buy more, instead of learn more. A failed project was often blamed on the material, not the method.

One day, while helping a student troubleshoot a project that had gone wrong, I had an “aha!” moment. The problem wasn’t the resin. It wasn’t the tool. It was a tiny, overlooked gap in the understanding of a fundamental principle. We fixed it not with a new purchase, but with a small adjustment in technique. We didn’t just save the project; we empowered the artist.

That was the moment Epoxy Rescue was born.

I realized the world didn’t need another channel showing off flashy, expensive equipment. It needed a rescuer. A place where artists could find clear, reliable solutions based on science and experience. A place that taught them to become masters of their materials, not just users.
